These terms apply to the Yaplingo app, provided by Artur Maksimov (individual developer, trading as Yaplingo), Jalan Sunset Road No. 39B, Seminyak, Kuta, Bali 80361, Indonesia. By using Yaplingo you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

1. The service

Yaplingo is a language-learning app with an AI tutor, voice practice, phrases and cartoon episodes. The AI tutor is an automated system: its answers can sometimes be inaccurate or incomplete. Yaplingo is an educational tool and does not guarantee any specific result, level or exam score.

2. Subscriptions and free trial

• Yaplingo offers a free trial of 7 days with full access, then an auto-renewing subscription: $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year (prices may vary by country and are shown in the store before purchase).
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase (for trials — when the trial ends).
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel any time in your store account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
• Before subscribing you may use a limited number of free AI messages.

3. Fair use

Subscriptions include unlimited everyday practice. To keep the service stable we apply technical fair-use limits that normal learners do not reach. Do not use Yaplingo to generate harmful, illegal or abusive content, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to what you write or say. You allow us to process it only to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The app, characters, episodes, design and texts belong to Yaplingo. You may use them only within the app for personal learning.

6. Liability

Yaplingo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on AI answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law in your country.
